Day 38 854pm

In case you're wondering, I'm now in DC. Will be back in Singapore on fri midnight.. local delights, here I come!

anyway, created this entry halfway so might as well finish it (was rushing papers before and after leaving new haven.. & hadn't had internet access here),

Day 24 We went to Louislunch

which was where the original hamburger first came about

It's not the usual hamburger we had.. but it's so much better!
Anyway, some random trivia learnt in class:

- if you are Singaporean and planned to start/have a family, you are warned not to proceed further.. IQ goes down an average of 4 pts with each additional child. However, it will go up from the 8th child onwards. But take heart, IQ here might just mean the norm measured analytic intelligence whose validity is questionable. (Okay, okays! As you can tell, I'm obviously not the firstborn.)

- Kids' IQ drop between June & September (so, school's actually good for you!!)

- Apparently, having the use of computer technology in school is bad for the nurturing of social skills of children.. (so much for higher-education)

- A minimum of 4 mins is needed for manual strangulation to be successful

- Though caucasians are generally taller and bigger-size than Asians, Asians' skulls are much bigger
