Went to crash ntu on friday, before tutorials start (& my already packed schedule to be filled up more). Glad to see many familar faces (who are tucked away in this island of their own haha). But no photos, as my hp cam is still spoiled & I haven't get a new one since I started rambling a year ago. You can see what a procasinator I am.

Had another 12-hour long sleep yday and my free day became just half a day. Haha another reason why it's good to have a 3-day week & not stay in hostel: I get my mid-week doses of soccer without worrying not being able to wake up for sch!! Yesh as you can see from the time

I always thought that if Rooney hadn't injured his metatarsal bone during Euro '04, England would surely be the champs. Unfortunately, after that first injury, he hasn't got back his form. 3 years later, he is currently suffering from his third metatarsal bone injury. Tough luck for him. His replacement at Man Utd is Tevez the argentinian hotshot (he scored my fav World Cup '06 goal). But he is still lacking in fitness in his debut today. I think Man U's jersey looks awful with that extra patch of white at the back, like they are being tagged.
I don't really care if you are a soccer fan or not: Chelsea has become so much an attacking side haha but not that apparent in this game. Chelsea had their 2nd succesive wins while man u their 2nd draw. I love the new Chelsea away team kit
Wanted to tell Aunty & the hostel peeps if they need any soccer updates, just let me know. Then I realise there's a thingy called the Internet & there's actually a TV room in ntu with cable channels. Hmm I shall not attempt to be made redundant.

*dreads* Tomorrow is the start of semester. Hmm wondering what have I been doing for the last 9 months.. oh gosh!
Anyway, I planned a 3-day week :) but 2 of the days are from 8-6 :x haha then there's this film training school which I'm rather interested but held on either of those 2 free days.. argh argh! there goes my 3-day week
We can always plan things our own way right down to the last detail but you never know what's gonna happen or change. Like how I realise not getting one of the modules I wanted was actually a good thing.. Since you won't know what's in store for you, just let God take charge. He has it all planned out for me :)

The difference between magazines photos and newspaper shots: the former is all about the glam and the posing while the latter is about getting the candid moment (make that the very very candid moment) for the natural and real-life touch.
Similarity? They both use photoshop.

my art drawings!!
The first set (a kfc toy) was in sec 1 where art was compulsory :x. I actually got an A2 for that. This really shows that hard work pays as anyone can tell you that's an awful piece of drawing.
One year later where art was still compulsory, the second set (toothpaste tube) was drawn with roughly the same criterias and a lack of new ideas. Still a clown drawing but my marks dropped by 3 grades.
The moral of the story: Do not copyright ideas even it they are your own.
My moral of the story: Do not do the exact same piece of work twice. It drains away your creativity juice.
Nonsense of the day: By and by, everything metamorphizes into clowns.
ps: the only reason why I keep the drawings is I still can't believe I got an A for art.
