A classic example of misinterpreting the question (& writing whatever you like): The Postman's Question of the Week: Using the Champions League's broader stage as a platform, is Liverpool's Rafael Benitez actually the most tactically nifty, and therefore, the "best" manager among the Big Four (Ferguson, Mourinho and Wenger) in England?
Let’s take them as students, the Champions League as the external examinations (eg.PSLE/O levels/A levels) and EPL as the school internal tests and examinations.
Ferguson is akin to a disciplined student who thinks that by following a strict schedule, he will get what he wants. But by being hard on himself, he cannot bring out his best consistently.
Mourinho is like the gifted student who views himself as the elite. That’s where he falters because he is over-confident with his external examinations that he doesn’t do much studying but rather made the preparations based on his knowledge and experience.
Wenger is the inquisitive student. He likes to study creatively and learn more than the syllabus requires. His preference for style over substance resulted in him being an under-achiever.
Thus, they may do well in EPL but the CL’s charm seems to elude them.
Bring in Rafa the examinations-smart student. He put his focus on the external examinations which is the one that matters. He knows where the big prize is and his tactics worked well.
Though this pragmatic way of determining who’s the best student is not a good indicator, EPL bosses do think like Singaporeans.
it's okay if you can't see the road ahead, just make sure God is still in sight!!
In His time, in His time,
He makes all things beautful in His time.
Lord, please show me every day,
As You're teaching me Your way,
That You do just what You say, in Your time.
In Your time, in Your time,
You make all things beautiful in Your time.
Lord, my life to You I bring.
May each song I have to sing
Be to You a lovely thing, in Your time.
