What I have been facing in this month and will be facing next month (3 hours a day lol)

Finally, I know what SYS and DIA stand for:
Systolic blood pressure for most healthy adults falls between 90 and 120 millimeters of mercury (mm Hg). Normal diastolic blood pressure falls between 60 and 80 mm Hg.
Because of the need to calibrate the machine, I have to take my b/p twice each day. The lowest were 80/60 for 2 days. Was told to eat more iron (eg: spinach, broccoli, liver !?! ).. think I will just stick to the greensAthletes, people who exercise regularly, people who maintain ideal body weights, and non-smokers, tend to have lower blood pressures.
Hmm.. I haven't exercise for the last few months?today:

Now, that's a normal b/p reading.
Friends (not seen for about 2 years) said I looked smaller. Lol.. I should be growing, not shrinking..

shall backdate..
Shopping with JASH is fun especially when she's broke and she's still gushing on almost every other clothing she sees.. LOL
this was the main aim of the shopping trip: (but of course, along the way we were distracted by other stuffs)
Earrings!!

my latest additions to my one-side earrings collection.. haha ya I like to wear different designs on my 2 ear-lobes (if you haven't know)..
& this cute carrotz earrings

for these cutest fellas'

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
my new sunglasses.

Think pink's in vogue?
well, white is still my color of the season & this season is here to stay

When being asked,
"What is your favourite color?"
From saying 'my favourite color is..', I have changed it to 'Oh, I don't have any favourite favourite, but right now I have a fetish for ..' How can something remained a favourite when it has been changed a few times? For colors, it has been orange, then blue and now white.. Favourite means only one, right? & it's not that I am flickery but I reckoned at different stages, the changes in attraction for certain things becomes unexplainable.
& it (used to??) bothers me when people write in autograph books(especially in primary school) their favourite stuffs & they can have so many favourites for the same stuffs..
Perhaps that is why I am uncomfortable with answering definitive questions because the answers can change upon different feelings..
Another contention was when these people differentiated their friends into friends, good friends, close friends & best friendS!! Doesn't the word 'best' like 'favourite' means there can only be one?? Also, how do you seperate friends into 2 different groups: good or close.. Aren't good friends supposed to be close?
Perhaps I am confused.. confused by how others have presented to me words and actions in 2 parallel lines

Perhaps it's fatigue (ya even though I'm not working full-time, I feel busy).. perhaps is laziness. Each time while walking/on the bus/plain dreaming, there seem to be so many things going through my mind. However, these thoughts can never quite find themselves in words here. A case of self-censorship if you ask me.
Sometimes, you wanna share/do something with/for someone. But the more thinking/reasoning you do, the more foolish/practical you become..
People can encourage you to do something but then the meaning that it has for me and the way in which I'm able to express it, is determined by how my world has been shaped by my past experiences, memories, thoughts, reactions, and the ways in which others have previously reacted to my emotional outbursts(adapted from A Short Introduction to Psychology)Ps: Psychology is intriguing, ain't it??

(ps: i-pod was for December)
sweet pink shoes.. this color is not sold in the market.
Only I have it. (haha that's what I was told)
more Lotto stuffs:
& it's time for some street-soccer action, anyone??
:) To earn anything through your own capability(wahahaha!!) leads me to an euphoria state (often because it is by surprise). Not to mention that this is the largest amount worth of stuffs won.. & yes actually I'm still surprised that I won it.

Finally someone upload this ad!! Anyone knows this song??
I know we have all seen this ad & I'm not giving free publicity for them. But this song is much more beautiful and suited to this ad than "Fly me to the moon". They should have kept the original song..
I feel the stars are driftingyou knowit will always be..

our Lions are the champions!! *whistle*Anyway after a disallowed goal (no thanks to the linesman) & that harsh yellow card in the first 15mins, I just gotta pose this tongue-in-cheek question: “Daddy, Thailand has better diplomatic ties with Indonesia (than us)?”Evidences:- 2 obviously incorrect offsides given against singapore- thai no7 headbutt & not even a single yellow card (by the rules, it should have been a straight red)- Lewis took a few extra steps in his goal kick & that warrant him a yellow card for time-wasting- someone (on the Singapore bench) got a yellow (for whatever reason I don't know). But if the headbutt didn't deserve any caution, then I don't understand the discrepancy.I wonder if any of you noticed that some Thais brought a picture of King Bhumibol & his wife along to the stadium. Can you imagine anyone bringing a portrait of SM Lee to Kallang while supporting the Lions?!?

happenings during the hiatus:- Found a morning job. At least I won't be registering 12hours of sleep anymore.. but I missed sleeping that way (waking up whatever time I want). haha & the workplace is only 5mins from my house. As usual, I'm already feeling extremely bored (& tired) of the chore.- Had my first driving lesson. Though I was looking forward to it, there was a feeling of trepidation to be in the driver's seat. Changing gear & fiddling with the clutch and accelerator pedals was actually quite fun :pHowever, I was led to thinking I was having lessons at Kovan itself. That was just the pickup point to the main centre. Imagine the time wasted in driving to and fro.- Yours truly was the letter-of-the-week for December & now.. is the writer-of-the-month for January. *Surprised* However, I dread the coming third photoshoot. Smiling was never this tiring..

Spot the missing item!!
haha ya my CPU went to see the 'doc'. It might not be a terrible thing without a computer/internet (at least I have time for other things?) .. one just need to overcome the tendency to surf. Difficult at first but you get used to it, I guess. Anyway, we managed during the pre-computer/internet era. So what's wrong with going back to the original scenario??Perhaps it has become a part of our lives..Going round in riddles is fun :)Ps: my computer recovered but now it's my turn to see a doctor :x
