The baby & his cute expressions.
Haiz I should not have changed to blogger beta now I can't post youtube videos directly. Only can do it manually but somehow I can't resize it.. so bear with it. Maybe I should have just left it status quo..

Yes!! Today marks the start of the looong holiday. Been looking forward for this period for so long (to do so many things), but now just want to slack first.. & maybe in the end I will end up doing nothing lol.
Haha anyway I posted my views on whether referees should attend post-match conferences dut to the recent referee controversies (no thanks to graham poll) on The Postman blog & it was published in The New Paper 14/11 though they cropped it.. Here's the original version:
Should referees be forced to attend post-match press conferences or is it pointless?
It’s refreshing to see referees in post-match conferences. However, if he is adamant about the decisions he made, then it makes no sense for him to be there.
Anything that is forced is pointless.
Every decision that referees made should be right and just – at least to him. By attending the press conference right after the match and acknowledging certain mistakes, will this not cast a doubt on his professional judgment? JM claimed that admitting the mistake would ease the pressure on the coaches and players. However, a quick admission would probably rile the players more and demerit the referee further. Hence, referees should instead reflect their mistakes in the report after careful considerations have been made. The FA would then inform the clubs, players and managers involved.
Moreover, the damage has been done as the results still stand. Thus, the best way to handle a referee who wants the spotlight is not by giving him more coverage in press conferences.
As a ESPN front desk presenter says it best,
“Shut up, do your job & do your best!”
